ERO-apps (BHV-app in Dutch) can automatically register when an ERO enters or exits the workspace.

An indoor positioning system can pinpoint the location of all employees within the building, enabling fire crews to prioritize rescue efforts and evacuate personnel efficiently.

Lone worker safety

Employees working alone in remote areas can be monitored, and help can be dispatched quickly if they encounter difficulties.

Scenario

A maintenance technician is working alone in a remote part of a building. They experience a fall or equipment malfunction and are unable to call for help.

Solution

With an indoor positioning system and a lone worker safety app, the technician’s location can be monitored.

When the employee activates a distress signal, e.g. using a stand-alone carry-on alarm device or a lone worker app in combination with an alarm button, the employee can quickly and easily alert designated persons or emergency services.
